Cold Air Intake..

Exhaust will be custom, no bolt on available. Where are you located?

Remus claims to have a bolt on muffler. And supersprint used to, but I don't know if they even still exist. Koenig-specials.com actually said a couple years ago that they have an exhaust that works, from the 300SL. But custom is cheaper than either. I ordered the Remus wild label universal muffler a couple months ago and its due on Dec. 1, so they lag FYI.

For the price of the Remus you could likely be just a hundred or two off from building a whole custom system.. If you are in cali aluminzed pipe will likely suffice..unless you're on the coast then stainless would be wise...

try here

Try this place http://www.timevalve.com/cat/us/uscat.html, they go stainless exhausts for just about every mercedes, the basic exhaust that u look at from the links is a copy of the original exhaust in stainless.

You can email them and ask for larger pipes, mandrel bends, straight thru mufflers. They will build it all on their jiggs and then freight it too you for a direct bolt on.

I have not used them as freight from US to Australia would be as much as the system itself, but i did email them for a quote and they seem very reasonable and willing to help.

I wouldn't..timevalve sent me a couple of sets of euro downpipes and they were utter crap..... They offered no reason/re-course when I complained of the quality, or rather lack there of..

As as example, one set required 4 welds to be re-worked, the other 3 just to get them to Seal.. The bends were compression when we originally discussed mandrel...in short it appeared as though they knocked them out as Quickly as possible w/ little regard for care/quality/craftsmanship...

I have heard from other people that Timevalve made very good exhausts. Thanks for your comments Jonathan.

I haD a Timevalve SS exhaust on my 1988 300CE for about four years before I replaced it with the Turbotechnics SS 2" dual exhaust and high flow spun metal cats.

If i recall it was around $700.00 less cat for the system.
Fit well and had no problems...

Possibly the custom pieces that Jonathan mentioned are not the greatest ?

I had downpipes made for my tri y manifolds....not the most complicated things in the world! And quite honestly, for the $$$ I could have made my own set to a higher level..
