oes w201 sportline shocks = OEM bilstein sports?
i read through this post:
keep sportlne shocks or change for bilstein sports to go with eibach springs on w124? and it seems that the stock (oes) w124 sportline shocks are the same length as the oem bilstein sports. does anyone know if that applies to the w201 as well? the rear shocks on my 190 2.6 are leaking and rusted. ive replaced the front springs with sportlines since the original ones broke - so im looking into upgrading the suspension as the original pieces wear out thx for your help -holson-

i have an e-mail from bilstein explaing the diff between sportline and bilstein sport:
they are supposed to be damped about the same stiffness, but due to valve differances they will feel diff at some speeds to be about equal at high speeds
