Lately I have been working up that list upgrading my 300E. There has been much talk about swapping out the rear, not yet up to that point, but I am planning my exhaust system. I recently purchased a Remus Freeflow Exhaust and have a Timevalve Stainless Steel Y-PIPE and am getting the K&N. I am planning on intalling it soon, with both the Y and Remus installed will I improve the performance or just make it louder?

I know I can always expirement, but to save the hassel I need some info or expireance on the matter. About how much gain can I expect if any? And about how loud will it all be? Anyone out there with this setup? Any comments, expireance and knowledge appriciated.

One of the best ways to increase power is to :
1. Make you're engine inhale better: K& N (although that is controversial)
2. Make you're engine release gases better: Freely flowing exhaust.

You should see some performance increases, milage increases, and it will get louder.
