Stock KE-Jetronic III with stock size injectors and Bosch controller. EZL also stock.
What year 500SEC?

The KE-Jetronic III is suitable for high horsepower applications providing you use a seperate fuel enrichment system as additional injectors.

You end up with the stock fuel and ignition control not knowing that there is a stand alone system making power.

Easily pass any state emissions as nothing changes at idle.

When you installed your TT kit, did you modify the compression ratio or increase the size of the chamber in any way? I know TT originally offered to modify the conrods for purchasers.

IIRC the rods TT offered were for the 24 valve M104 and aren't needed in the M103 12V sinnce stock compression in 9.2.

but just to be sure wait for Ed's reply.

No...M103-12V is only 9.2:1 CR which is ideal for a turbo.
For some reason TT changed rods whereas Mosselman used stock rods and compression on both M103 and M104 on their turbo installs with zero problems.

The English tend to over design !!!
