Its the Renntech V12 salvaged out of one of Mercedes race cars, quad turbocharged and put into this:

It may be the picture, but that engine seem to be positioned very backwards into the passenger compartment. I would be curious to see the driver's position.

Interesting to note is that HT is still going through distributors, no coil on plugs there, which are usually found on performance engines, especially the turbocharged ones.

I was slightly off. It's a Brabus V12 stroked to 6.7 liters. It is current since it was built for the man who built the car so the only reasoning I can see behind the distributors is race regualtions not allowing electronic ignition.

I was going to say, the engine looks like it must be half in the interior section of the car. Are the turbo chargers sitting in front of the engine?

It's pretty easy to see what that motor is running by looking at it. It's got quad GT28 turbo's making 1000bhp at 12psi, factory distributor ignition with aftermarket coils, a 60-2 flywheel trigger for the fuel injection and since it's a 60-2 wheel you can assume it has semi squential fuel injection which fires 2 injectors at a time.
