Went over to Convertible only car show today in Issaquah,Wa driving the W124 Cab & wife driving the 996 tt.. leaving the show before noon a black Boxster S pulled out in front and of me rather than brake, I dropped it in 1st turbo spooled and I went around him as if he was standing still, he downshifted and tried to stop me from passing but it was utterly useless, we hit the on ramp with a two lane stretch i let him catch up and he pulled away for about 1/2 second then I went by him and on up to 146mph before the two lanes merged into one. Braked hard and go down to 60 and let him go by..only to have the wife blow past both of us and a non turbo 993 that was trying to keep up. Am certain the Boxster had some mods even though he was never really a threat he sure hung on close......Oh how I wish I had video which brings me to my next point.
ANY ONE IS western Wa up for some high speed runs, you video my car and I'll do yours, preferabbly someone with a faster car than mine that helps.
