Hey, im not a particular fan of the big star gilles on 190s, they just look odd to me. As far as cars are concerned.... you could probably pick up a supra TT for 20k, which would be the fastest import you can buy. For less, a 300zx twin turbo might not be a bad way to go. They are a little heavy, but because of the turbos, you could easily get them to put out over 400hp with a new chip, and then with a new intake and exhaust setup... you would have a beast of a car for under 20k, much faster than a stock supra would go. Now, im not exactly sure how they got these numbers, but superchips.com claim a 300zx with 400hp will do the 1/4 in 10 secs. I don't see that as being possible, but you never know, regardless, both cars woud be FAST, with the modified 300zx being faster... but not as fast as if you were to modify a supra TT (Veilside has a 1300hp beast of a kit available)

The Euro version has 185 horsepower and its performance comes close to the original BMW M3 (E30)....at least I believe so...

On installing a supercharger on a 2.3-16, check out my two threads on this board. I am installing a 1999 SLK Eaton supercharger on my 2.3-16. It is currently working at 3-4 psi and I am trying to solve a throttle problem before I can set the boost up to the 5-6 range. By my calculations, the engine is now putting out a little over 200HP. I bought the supercharger off of eBay and have a total of about $1200 in the project. See my progress page

If you just want to go really fast, buy an older Acura Integra and build a race engine.
