E500 Alignment
Hey all,
Was under the car and noticed wear on the inside of both front tires. Both tires looked the same. I'm going to go by the shop that did my last alignment and have them look at it but I want any feedback anyone out there may have. Specs from last alignment: Front Left Actual Camber -1.5 Caster 10.2 Toe 0.18 Front Right Actual Camber -1.4 Caster 10.3 Toe 0.16 Specified Range Camber -1.3 to -0.8 Caster 10.0 to 11.0 Toe 0.08 to 0.25 Is it as simple as too much camber? Any thoughts? The rears look fine and they are at -1.9 and -2.0 camber left and right. TIA Randy '94 E500 |

Are you sure abouyt that spec? I know fer sure that I run -1.5 both sides in front, and I thought that was iwithin spec.
With so much negative camber front & rear, tire wear is a fact of life with a 500E, although with frequent rotation you can do reasonably well
