wheel weight
Which weighs more? 14 inch steelies or 15 inch alloys? I noticed a slight drop in acceleration when I upgraded from the stock steel wheels to 15 x 7 alloys. Planning to revert to the steelies. The handling does feel a lot flatter and firmer than it did with the steelies, must be from the width of the alloy wheels. but that's not the question for now. Just want to know about the weight. Has anyone weighed them before?

I was always under the impression steel weighs more.Thats why now there lighter alloys. But when adding rims,I try and buy the lightest first, then a light tire, they vary the tires.Try tireracks, wheel comparasion
