Love your 124 as well as the rest of your collection. Are you in the 113 group?

If you mean Welcome - Mercedes Benz 230SL, 250SL, 280SL Pagoda Group , I do belong.
My 1971 280SL was also featured in Mercedes Enthusiast Pagoda 50th anniversary issue.

I envy every part of your car.. Except the steering wheel.

I hope my wagon will some day put up the numbers you have on your coupe; and still be a good DD

Thanks !

Tried to make it as period correct as possible...
The steering wheeel is an Atiwe Silberfeil ( Silver Arrow ) which was offered as an option by AMG.

It's a fantastic job, but when you look at the interior, the wheel is the only part that is screaming "80's". The rest of the cockpit is timeless and stunning imo.

Is there an internet link to the article? Its a bit hard to read.

You should be able to click on the pages and a new window will open that can be magnified.

"Screaming 80's"......is exactly what I wanted to achieve !!!!

The Recaro Classic C's are as much of a throwback as the steering wheel !!!
