Not sure if I was clear enough. I'm using individual flanges not one flat bar same as the original headers though you probably figured that out by the price.
The bar has to be cut between each outlet for expansion anyway so we decided to go this way. I can ask Mark how much for a flat bar if you wish.

Correct, or $100 for a set of 6. If you mean yes for a flat bar quote, you would have to supply him with all the relevant dimensions, port size, spacing etc. or e-mail a .DWG file he can use. He has a $100 minimum setup fee if he makes the file. You probably have someone local who could do the same thing.

No individual is fine. Really a two or
three piece flange would be better for longevity though.
