Montreal GP-anyone going?

Well, Bernie and his circus are rolling into Montreal next weekend. Is anyone here on the Forum planning on attending? Perhaps more importantly (to me, anyway), is anyone interested in going from New England? I've got a suite reserved (called at the precise right moment, apparently) in Montreal, but no one to go with and no tickets yet (although they are all over eBay).

Anybody want to split expenses & do this thing? Plan is to depart CT Thu. afternoon, be there for the entire 3 days, then head back after the race.

Any takers? Hendy was my date (purely platonic-he's way too high-mileage for me ), but the crazy bloke blew out his lower leg to get out of it

Please let me know...this was to be my first F1 race, and I'm VERY psyched for it

Michael- Enjoy the weekend- I went last year- You cant see much of the race at any one spot-but the cars are FAST. Try to watch at a braking zone- red rotors and instantaneous downshifts- Ear plugs are a must! Downtown Montreal is a BIG party all weekend. Also there is a casino on the GP site.

Curcio

Trust me, I would chew through my own lower leg to avoid a date with you!

Regrettably no-death in the family, so that took priority. Next year for sure, though
