IS anyone going to the United States Grand Prix on the sept 27-29 to see Mclaren Mercedes win the only US circut in F1??
Just like they did last year

I'm going but I wouldnt bet more than $1 that McLaren-Mercedes will bring home the victory. (but last year it was great to see Hakkinen win his last GP in his career)

However, I heard they have a new gearbox and rear suspension so maybe we can hope for a podium finish.

Are any Benz owners planning any get-togethers ??

I inquired from MBUSA about possible sponsored events (paddock / hospitality tent / reception), but they did not respond.

I'll be in Section H (?), close to braking for turn 1, end of the front straight.

My dad and I are in the 'paddock penthouse' on the front straight. I think that just means that we are in the upper level overhang (we're not VIPs or anything). Unfortunately it looks like Friday or Saturday could be a wash because of the tropical storm.
