Question Installing Nitrous on 3.5L V8

This may stirke some as a bad idea, but I want to add Nitrous to my 3.5. The engine's a 69 with 10:1 compression - supposedly rebuilt. Has mid 70's CIS injection, rather than electronic. I have a complete spare engine - just in case

Anybody tried NO2 on a older benz? Did you use port injection or dd you mount one sprayer on the central plenum, under the throttle plate? How will the transmission hold up under full-throttle shifts?

Scott
