Fuel Injectors?

My car has about 170k so I'm guessin it's times for new injectors. What are the stock injectors rated at, and where the best place to buy them?

My car idles really bad due to my intake missing a piece and exhaust leak. I need a major tune up when I get back from out of town

Bosch H 9 DCO sparkplugs..These are the type without resisters since the wire ends already have them. From what I hear you don't need to change the wires on you car only the ends. That is as long as someone hasn't put some cheapies on. Beru or Bosch ends... Hope this helps
