Parts for Turbo Project
I am in the middle of turboing a 300E engine and I need suppliers for fuel lines, oil lines....all that stuff. I don't need OEM equipment. I need good quality high strength stuff. Anything that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Oil Lines: Find your local AEROQUIP dealer. They will also have all the parts you need for the Fuel lines. NAPA sells all the metric fittings for the CIS if you can't find them. You can use Brake line material for fuel and oil lines. (less failure problems than S/S Braided) They also sell the Silicone Hose/Couplers by the foot.
While you're there buy those nice expensive hose clamps for all the IC piping! Piping: JC Whitney sells mandrel bent pipe for exhaust and intercooler piping. Watch the thickness. and don't buy the Galvanized stuff for the IC pipes, the plating flakes off and falls into your turbo! MADE IN THE USA! GOOD LUCK! |

T-BOLT HOSE CLAMPS
You should use these types of hose clamps. They tend to come off less than the other worm drive type.
