Those are indeed nice wheels, but not exactly cheap. After shipping, they'd probably cost you over a grand a pop. I think for the price, I'd rather have some custom offset HREs. Or if weight is of little concern, multipiece Brabus.

Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my chin...

agreed

Some HREs do look *EXTREMELY* tight on new-model Benzes.

Some Evosport (LA) examples come to mind...

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat...!
Being a Bay Area native, I've done everything in my power to resist assimilation into the dreaded Southern California mentality. Every time I feel my soul being beckoned by the dark side, a soccer mom will roll by in a burgandy Escalade on chrome 22s and snap me back to reality. This is no exaggeration, for any doubting Thomases, I witness such phenomena on a daily basis.

The beauty of HRE is their successful marriage of stunning good looks with performance oriented lightweight design. You can have your cake and eat it too, but the price of admission is no laughing matter. As far as evosport is concerned, they really don't mess around when they build their project cars. Ben Kleinberg's beast of a CLK430 comes to mind...
