Mike, you're one of the VER few people who realized this, and took steps to correct the problem. 99% of the kits installed just get slapped in with no glare shields or other corrective measures. If you can do that, the main advantage is no huge current draw for big halogens. My 130/100's with 100 H3 auxilliary lights suck ~35 amps on high beam!

Lightbulb upgrade-
Put in a set of PIAA EXTREME bulbs- both the driving and headlight bulbs. VERY white output, doesn't look like you're an HID fake. I'm very pleased with these things.
