Alright well always having been a fan of the 500E....congrats guys...still hard to believe though. How much hp does the 500E put out?

Maddog,

Don't underestimate, I took a Cobra (not the newest one) pretty easily and had no trouble giving a hard time to an NSX on the highway.

322Hp + 354 Ft/lbs Torque = Great Fun

Although I'm sure you already know with that sweet SLK32 in the stable

Well, I can't say that I do....its my dad's SLK32 AMG

I havn't yet been allowed to take it for my test drive...only the gentle driving while he is in the car...lol

Thats why unfortunatly for my dad, I am just nearing the end of my 450hp 190E project....hehehe. Next thing I know, he will be asking me for rides....

Yea I am pretty excited about it. Especially if my 6spd transmission deal goes through. That will make it all the much more worth it. All I have left to do is to paint the engine bay and then start putting it all together. Shouldn't be long now.

450 HP, huh? Hook nitrous up and you have a potential One Lap car!

And yes, Neil, it was a nice new, wide H'way, and the 500E's been recently teched and is running at 100%
