Cool Got my E55

Hi guys. I took delivery of my 2003 E55 AMG last weekend. It's Silver with Charcoal Interior. I was expecting a lot of power, but not this much power !! This car is amazing. I'm in Love..I'll post some pics soon.

Usual in diesel forum..

But I had a dream that I owned an E55 last night, and that I was racing this girl in a Porsche Boxster 6 speed, and just knocking the pants off everyone. Everyone was impressed, and I was going like 100MPH everywhere. I woke up in the morning going outside to look for my E55...

The 240D sat there. Ah well...67HP and 469HP are pretty close...

The clattering and the 330,000 miles make up the difference in power

Thumbs up

Hkoh...you are very lucky (like you need me to tell you!)...those cars ROCK! Enjoy every minute in it.

Now, I need to find a dealership who has one so I can pretend like I'm going to buy one and test drive it. I was a day late at my favorite dealer where the new owner came and took his away toot sweet before anyone took it out for a beat.

I'm getting a low mileage 1999 E55 in a week or so and I'm absolutely stoked about that; however, a new 2003 would be even nicer.

Will be taking pictures along with my friends E55 this weekend. I got my car up to almost 260km/h. It wouldn't go any faster, although I could feel that it could. So I guess the limiter is at about 260km/h. By the way, anyone heard of a S63AMG??

Just add some stickers. That will add the 402bhp required. You'll have a 195bhp/litre diesel N/A car. It will be a 700% increase in power. I wonder if the stock transmission can take it...

The AMG S63. Isn't it the pre-facelift V-12 Powered AMG W220?

http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/frame.mv?file=car.mv&num=874

Not bad... but pales in comparison to its future replacement (?) the BiTurbo S65? 603hp?!@#

Congratulations on the E55K! Btw, 260km/h is where the electronic speed limiter cuts in right?
