I've confirmed the "no." My alternative was to put the 15 hole 16" wheels from the R129. The wheels were used by Mercedes on the Sport Evolutions and will clear the 400E and 500E calipers in the front.

Just grab the 400E wheels..@ least that's what I Did when I stock these breaks on my 190 2.6 5sp
