Are Vogtland springs any good?

Just wondering if they were any good. I have seen them advertise saying they're better than H&R and Eibach. I guess they're german made. I have a chance to buy a set with 1.6 drop. Comments?

Well, Vogtlandt's advertising claims they are used in NASCAR.
I've recently read a little about them & they apparently have a patented manufacturing system, that allows the use of lighter springwire ( weight savings ).
If you can get them at a reasonable price, go for it.

Yes, lets just say I can get them for cheaper than H&R's or Eibachs... which is why I'm asking because I was just gonna go for the H&R's

H&R's drop the car more than 1.6 inches - I think around 2 inches. It's a bit too much for some, but it depends on your taste. They ride quite a bit rougher than the Eibachs. I'm not sure how the Vogtland's will affect the ride, but I got curious after seeing them on eBay. Reasonable price too.

Personally I like a marginal drop. To me my car seems to sit really high. I think I may just give the Vogtlands a try and post my thoughts on them for the rest of you guys to see.
