How much would a 500E rear sway-bar and a W124 Limo sway bar cost? What does the "Limo" come from? How do you like the handling with the sway bars?

How much did those Euro lights cost? Where did you get them?

I like those fenders on the 90-95 W124 diesels. Do those vents help to cool the engine bay?

Excellent wagon!

Diesel W124 vented fender

That fender vent leads to a diesel-specific airbox, which is separated from the engine compartment by a side-mounted firewall. If you put such a fender on a non-diesel, I'd think it could allow air into the engine compartment, but since it wasn't designed to do that I'd wonder if it might affect/diminish underhood air management...could lead to a hotter (or colder?) running motor?

Would 500E springs/shocks and stuff be too stiff for a 95 E320 Wagon? Ride comfort isn't that big of a concern for my family and I.

Thanks for your help everyone!

No. You want ultimate control, go SportLine Euro 400E with SLS springs all around.

500E springs all around is THE nice compromise.

What is the difference between SportLine Euro 400E with SLS springs all around and 500E springs all around? Which is a better fit for a 95 E320 Wagon? Which gives better ride quality and which gives better handling?

Please do a "search" and read-up on this.

In short: 500E springs best comfort; 400E Euro Sportline with SLS, best handling.

Neil, I agree with you that wagons rule. I note that you have the 500E rear bar on your wagon. Will the sedan bar fit the rear of a 91 wagon?

Yes. A 500E rear swaybar will fit a W124 wagon.

Thanks. Dealer only or available elsewhere? Probably already posted somewhere on this site. Was it "omegabenz" who was the link to limo bars?

Westside wagon I don't mean to highjack your thread but I have a question about this too.

I recently purchased 500E springs and I am planning to put them on my 300E with my existing Bilstein sport shocks all around. Will this work ok ? I am taking off my H&R's because they make my car a little too low for me, and just a tad stiffer than I prefer. I am also installing new bilstein control arms up front, can't wait to get them on and see how well she drives !
