Help with wheel off-set for 500E staggered set-up
I am looking to buy a set of SIZE: 18" x 8.5" & 18 x 10" wheels with an off-set of 35mm front & 19mm rear. Tires are 245/40/18 & 275/35/18. Will that wheel/tire combo fit my '93 500E...?
Thanks for any advice!

High 20's (28-29) in the rear would be perfect I run that same setup.

Shanta, you're running 10" rear rims with ET28 offset? Didn't think that was possible on the W124036!!
Thaas....you can also go with the ET19 and 10" rear rims. I have that set up on need2speed (note the picture below). Further reassurance comes from BBS and OZ, who offered that setup for the 500E. Might be a problem if you install lowering springs though.... You might want to consider a 17" setup for two reasons: less harsh ride, and consistent with factory optional size when car was new. Depends if you want to stay true to the original style of the car or "modernize". FWIW, I think its a losing battle to try and keep up with the latest auto fashions when you have a real classic
