You see, the awesomeness (yes it’s a word) of the speed grille had me giddy like a little girl. But now, after having time to think more seriously about it...I have to ask, what did you do with the hood release mechanism? I cannot tell from the picts you posted if it’s even there. Can you post a picture of what you did with this?
While I have your attention, what year GMC Yukon/Denali was that speed grille for? Do we know the size of the opening? I am still trying to find a source for a good looking grille. I want one with round or hexagonal holes, as opposed to the “diamond” shaped openings that most “mesh grilles” bring. |
