Brought home this '88 190E 2.3 today
 
Despite a fair accumulation of miles (200k) it's in good condition and well preserved. A couple of the rear door cards have the typical separation issue and I long to see euro headlights in place of the current ones.

Not bad. I see it has the correct number of pedals as well :D

Indeed. That was a critical criteria in my hunt

Some observations so far:
The most accurate word to describe the handling & suspension is 'wallows' - something is needed here but nothing that changes the appearance dramatically
The a/c blows cold but not near cold enough and certainly doesn't keep up with the Georgia heat :-/
Cruise acts up (accelerating instead of keeping steady speed, pulsing, drops out)
Engine seems runs a bit rough at lower RPMs or, more accurately, 'pulses'
