We wanted to provide a small update to this project for anyone that may be wondering about it. After rebuilding the 12v VR6 engine and double checking all the clearances of the components for the integration we are ready for final assembly.[IMG][/IMG]
The engine and transmission are properly joined and installed into the chassis.

We are now finalizing the integration of the electrical systems and chassis mechanical and plumbing.

There are many other issues that will need solution, but it will be running and moving under its own power very soon.
Thanks for looking....

The car is now running and moving under its own power.
We are currently building the three inch exhaust system and then we can start testing the car.

Will try to put up videos when we get to that point.

Pictures reveal what a Mercedes-Benz Sport Coupe looks like with a VR6 turbocharged engine installed. Once the hood is closed the only clue you get is from the wonderful exhaust note that these engines produce.
More to come and thanks for looking.....

We put up another short video of the car driving under power...

We will complete the road evaluations then pull the powertrain for revisions and continue to develop the vehicle.
