Mercedes 123 driver side fender

The driver side fender has some top rust, which can be sanded down, re-primed and painted. It has a black primer color on it now.

I have the same heat fading problem with my 190E....

I have the same heat fading problem with my 190E. Did you solve your problem? What was issue? How did you solve it? Did you test the Auxiliary water pump?
