Buzzing Noise in '97 E-320

My '97 E-320 makes a strange buzzing noise as soon as I start the car. It's buzzing from the roof section where the light switches and sunroof button are. When I turn the car off the buzz continues...

I haven't had a chance to call Donald yet, but my Becker guy here says there isn't a Becker unit that interfaces with my unit. Hopefully I'll find out Donald's right and my guy's wrong!!...

Good mechanic in West Chester, PA?

Just bought a 97 E-320 and am looking for a mechanic.
Just sent it into the dealer for state inspection and an overall service and check-up, but want to find a mechanic for the long run.
