DIY radio repair questions (190E)

I have been trying to repair my alpine, and I have hit a bit of a wall. Symptoms were distortion, and one channel would not work until the radio warmed up, but would then play with light distortion...

I seem to think similarly to the others in that this is fuel related. Fuel pump relay is a good place to start.

It would definitely help to know what work has been done so far.

M103 Euro Cylinder Head

I have an extra cylinder head for a M103 2.6L (53k miles) for sale. It is from a Euro 2.6L, so my understanding is that it does not have the same emissions readiness (i.e. EGR valve) as that of US...
