Do I get at these by taking out the glove box, or are they changeable from the engine compartment ...please?

Electric Window Mechanism E420 Rear

My right rear window mechanism "ground" to a halt. I took off the door panel and have been confronted with the following: the motor is fine, there are two cables..one wound around the motor capstan...
