Quick question.
Do I need to drain the overflow tank before I remove the level sensor?
Don't want coolant spilling all over everywhere.

The top and bottom of the instrument cluster display have dimmed.
I assume this is just a matter of pulling the cluster and replacing a lamp or two. Correct?

They gave me the part number and I bought one online for $62.
It was very easy to replace.

I won't procede with this repair unless I am certain the supercharger is the culprit.

C230 supercharger replacement

2002 C230 coupe, 95,000 miles
Check engine light came on.
Local mechanic told my daughter she needs a new supercharger.
I don't have any other details right now.
I'll look into it to be sure...

Typically, fuel pumps get noisy when the are failing. Is yours noisy?

If you have one of the problem harnesses and it's 13 years old, you shouldn't have any problem seeing the deterioration yourself. You're looking for cracking in the wire insulation at the connectors....
