Hey all. I’d appreciate it if you could take a sec and listen under the hood of my 2005 SL55 AMG with 63,000 miles. Note: this is after the engine is warm and is not at cold startup.

Anyone have the vacuum diagram for a W202 C280 (center vent is inop)

Hello. I am trying to track down an apparent common problem in my wife's US-based '97 C280: the center vent doesn't always flow air, and has a lot to do with throttle position / RPM.

From what I...

No air from center dash vent. Slow trunk latch. Vacuum related problem? PSE pump?

1997 C280, well maintained, 110K mi.

The center dash vent no longer flows air -- air only flows from the defrost and side vents.

When it was only an occasional problem, once in a while you'd...

Follow-up: I had the codes read by my local MBZ wrench. Apparently, the culprit is the brake light switch. Ugh, looks like a PITA to get to in the foot-well. And time I buy an OBDII reader!
