2 quarts of oil shooting out filter house in 5 seconds

So upon startup in the 617 non turbo, when oil is cold, it will pressurize oil filter housing so much that it blows a 25 ft. Jet stream of oil via blowing the Oring out of the side of the canister....

Used to make the trap oxidizer bypass pipes and needs to dial in jig again. I just need one to borrow and will ship it back and pay for shipping and a rental fee. Thanks!
