Thanks for the info .... I'll check on the VIN plate tonight. I took a quick look at the amco.com site and they don't list palomino as a color though.

Yes...I installed the grommet prior to installing the new mast. Just for my own FYI...does the antenna have a drain for water that must get into it?

I just replaced my kinked up antenna mast and the upper grommet. While fitting in the new grommet I don't think I got it to "snap" in. It feels snug but the edges are not resting completely...
