When it comes to the fuel system it is always better to not redesign it.The return is there maybe to keep fuel cooler and not perculate on hot days.Benz should have those available.

Just uses about i quart of water every 50-100 miles..runs at perfect temp. Pulled plugs ,they all look normal.I think...

Does any one know if front seats from a 1991 300E will fit to a 1994 E420.
I know about the armrest being different but my concern is if the seats will bolt to the floor and the power wires plug...

Try just unplugging the 02 and seeing if the car runs better.Have you driven the car on a good ride yet,this may help.Sounds like the E.A. unit but that would be a last item because of cost

Well this was what i was looking for,so far no one has jumped on and said they have seen a bad impeller one one of these.On some cars these do break off,almost all of these are plastic water pumps....

On an open wire with no spark plug 30,000 used to be the voltage,now 50,000 is not uncommon.But a coil will only put out what it needs,no more no less.

Can not seem to find the shock adsorber for the center consol on the 1994 E- class cars ,my E320 and friends 94 E420,both with the same shock.This is for the center armrest hatch.

Remove exhaust section to get to see steering box Easy.
Bend back heatshield and inspect,just to get a visual of the lines..
For me i removed hi and low side...

Well,just to catch up i got the pump off.There was 2 hex head bolts in back and one 13mm in front.Did not have to pull off the ac compressor but had to remove plastic ducting that cool's off drivers...
