thank you for all the suggestions. gsxr and psfred responce to my issue solved my problem. i did a compression test and found 21 + bars on each cylinder cold. great! then i followed gsxr thread...

thankx for the reply, the problem seems to have started as a noise issue . it became more evident and louder. changed injectors and pop tested them. ck ok. finally the car could not be used. had it...

what are the chances of having a bent rod on my 1993 300 d 2.5 . 88000 mi checked all that i could. car still smokes white to gray and very noisy .will not run .
misses and stalls. changed injectors...

thank you all for the info. change oil every 3000. went to 15-50 mobil syn. and now change at 5000. this was the first change at 5k. car did not use oil but since this problem arose i noticed it...
