I have a 300d with no red modulator on the side where it should be; just a bolt. The Car has plenty of power. Well thats a lie. Is there a way to soften the shifting on one of these? Its embarrassing...

The control pressure rod is where? Is that the rod on the linkage on the passenger side of the Valve cover? Forgive me... I'm new at this Diesel thing. Howabout those Detroit Pistons?

Here we go... The neck breaker shift from first to second is getting to me. Some times it starts in second until I use the kickdown switch. I wanted to check the modulator but i can't find it. Damn....

Done....Both replaced. Cheap, not too much...

Sounds like it comes from the left, but hard to say. I just pulled the bearings out and they look good, but they seem awfully loose as a set. Know what I mean? Without a new set to compare them to...

When I turn the car left it groans. Its Like a warble growling noise. Doesn't happen at all turning right or driving straight. It has to be going at least 25 mph for it to happen. It has newer...
