I forgot to mention that I have checked fuel at regulator & is there is fuel. There is no leakage from the plastic vent tubing on the regulator.

I poured just few ounces in air intake, not fuel intake. Sorry about that. Just pushed the flapper slightly so that all fuel goes inside.

Thanks for your reply. Regarding fuel filter, I agree with you. If it is clogged, the engine should run in hesitation. But, once the fuel is added in intake, it runs perfect.
