You could check the OS sensor at Bank 1 sensor 2. IIRC is aft the turbo tucked up next to the firewall. Not easy to get to.

You have to buy the o-ring as a separate part...
You have to buy the o-ring as a separate part number....doesn't matter how tight the pre-filter sits......it wont run w/o that o-ring installed.......
