been doing fine- running it on 15-20 minutes trips, nothing major, watching oil and water levels carefullly..... don't think it's a blown head gasket...but it did start...

no. 17k miles.... it had been using water and oil, and recently replaced oil cooler, radiator, and battery...
it just died.... it was making some rattling noises before- if you could look at some...

they say the 2000 ml 430 is locked up- and the engine is dead- i'm not sure i believe them- i understand you have to take the serpentine belt off and squirt water out the spark plugs...... also could...

this is a small oil cooler near the power steering pump.... it has fins on it.... just trying to find a cheap place to purchase it.... and how to install... it's leaking oil all over the engine....

it's now blowing smoke out the tailpipe- and it can't be moved.... it will start , but you can't drive it... any kind of feel for pricing in gaskets, and warped head repairs, etc.

ok, so i finally get the radiator replaced ( it's been a while) .. i was really careful to keep the level full and only drive short distances...it only over heated like 3 times, and i quickly shut it...

there's 2 slots at the bottom right and bottom left of the unit- should come right out. you'll have to hold the unit on your leg while you're fumbling with the wires......hope it isn't fried----

oh yeah, you could pull it out and "reboot it" unplug the wires and replug- it comes out easy with a swiss army knife on each side- i used to do one side at a time-

yeah, thanks. the leak seems to be coming from the main intake at the top of the radiator---the big hose on the drivers side---- can't you do a repair on the cracked part? got some "liquid steel"...
