Appears to be complete toolwise. The open area next to the wrenches held gloves. The small cavity on the right may hold a spare bulb but I am unsure if a bulb was provided.

'78 Chevy Monza Coupe, base model with power brakes as only option. Iron Duke 4 cyl was good but the rest was crap. Worst issue was clutch cable tore open flimsy firewall at mount point.
