Funny shudder under light throttle

211 E500 has a funny shudder under light throttle. Somebody suggested it might be a radiator leak into the transmission cooling lines. Is this common?

Car's recently tuned, new plugs etc.

The car is a 2003 put in service in Oct. of 2002. It has 54,000 miles on it and the display is showing Service 5, 6, & 7 (among others) which are only supposed to be done every 5 years or 62,000...
