It would be a lot simpler to find a good used 300 na or turbo, and install it. It might be a hard time to find a decent one though.

I would check glow plug function. I agree that the numbers are a little low but the book says you can start and run with 220 as a minimum. More than that will still run but will be hard to start.

Start with all mount bolts loose. Get a large drift to insert in the holes and wiggle things around as necessary to align the holes. Also can jack under oil pan too.
