I guess the hazard-wiper combination switch could be a culprit. Any advice or should I just replace it?

Found it with my smoke machine. Broken plastic vacuum nipple on a little vacuum electric valve under the ABS unit. I replaced the valve and the cars drives great now. Thanks for your help guys!
