I've had mine in to the mechanics twice. They changed the thermostat (no go) and they said the next step is probably to change the control face. Just wondering if anyone else has has the same problem.

Tips on replacing E320 wagon rear hatch damper?

My '99 E320 4Matic wagon has a bad rear hatch damper. Dealer wants $300 to replace. Is there an easy DIY solution to open up that area and replace the damper?

Help! Mascara on headliner

My daughter knew enough not to try and blot it out with a kleenex. Anybody know how to get a 2" stripe of mascara out of the gray headliner of my '99 E320 wagon?
