I have seen similar things about the 190.

Mine is a 1985 500 SEL, Sometimes, blows cold air out of all 6 vents.
Other times, blows cold out the two center vents, and two lower right and left...

has gas, won't start.

Did an old fashioned trick. bought a dowel rod and measured the gas. Also added 3 gallons tonight. Looks like the tank is still half full. Next guess is the fuel relay?

I would not be so quick to think it ran out of gas. I was not out when I put in the 4 gallons. I had over the weekend put over $40 in it.
