finally got the passenger kick panel off......
finally got the passenger kick panel off... unfortunately broke one of the metal clips. sure enough, one more screw holding the knee bolster up was hidden behind the kick panel as I suspected.

cracked open #8 and at least half the others...

at idle in park @ approx 800 RPM vacuum reads about 17.5. actually it fluctuates up to 18 and down to 17 but mostly at 17.5
