IMO you are better off v3.0 as its a thru hole design as its easier to repair and modify if needed for the diyer and most of the help you will find on the megasquirt forums caters more to v3.0...

your problem might be the additional injector is...

your problem might be the additional injector is to small, if you took them off the s140 then they are most likely 19lb/s each so with that in mind you will need more then 1, or just fit a 60lb/s...
