Thanks so much for your reply. Those measurements I'm guessing are from the top of the dipstick down. I have a long dipstick I plan to use. Guessing I should insert it till it bottoms out in the pan....

New main battery and small auxiliary battery up front is working and charged.
Power to starter relay

ML320 will start & run then Die and wont start.

My 2000 ML 320. It will start up and drive fine and then after about 10-20 minutes just shut down and wont start back up. The only way I can get it started again is the pull the battery terminal...

I have tried leaving the key on for a few hours, and have pulled radio out of truck for a few days. Still says WAIT. Will try leaving key on for longer. I dont think my battery will last 24 hours....

I have not had the codes read on her yet. Cant get her into MB dealer till later this week. I have a parts ML and I plan on swapping out the yaw sensor tonight.

My 1999 ML430 brakes come on by themselfs.

My 1999 ML430 will flash the caution triangle on the cluster wile driving,
then the ABS system will apply brakes by themselves. Any one see/hear of anything like this?
